What is the nature of the books?

Each book is different and you will find more information when you click to view them. Our flag-ship Magic Name book is personalised to your child's name and every letter of their name holds a different story making each book unique. The real magic happens at the end of the book, and the look on your child's face when they see their name in print, is priceless!

What is the style of the books?

Made with premium quality uncoated environmentally friendly thick paper, and with the option of a beautiful hardcover jacket ( known as a hardback),a deluxe cushioned cover or a low cost softback cover. The book is just under 28 cm wide by 21cm tall. (just a fraction smaller than A4)

How much does the book cost?

The cost of the book will be displayed next to the cover option you select when placing your order. A discount is available for multiple book purchases.

Who can benefit from the book?

The 'My Magic Name book' has been created for children aged between 2 to 8. However it is also bought as a memorable keepsake for new born babies, and toddlers under 2 years old.

How is the book packaged?

Each book is sent in a robust, thick cardboard boxed wrapper so it arrives to you in a tip-top condition.

What is your returns policy?

We cannot accept returns for personalised / bespoke items unless the item is faulty. All other items have a 14 day returns policy.

Are there custom duties to be paid

Within the EU there may be vat custom duties that need to be paid. Please refer to your countries custom duties information regarding this.

How long does it take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within two business days. UK orders generally arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch, longer if over bank holidays and Christmas. USA and Canada orders on average take 7-10 days. European orders 5-10 days. All other countries will generally arrive within 7-21 days from order placement. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Any extra charges required by Customs duties are paid by the customer.

Where can you deliver my book to?

We deliver your book to most countries. At the time you order your book if your country is in the drop down list in the delivery section that would indicate we can deliver to your country.
